My Grandma Hannah made this every Thanksgiving.

jello:
2 package (3-oz) lemon jello (or a 6-oz)
2 cups hot water
1½ cups cold water (or 7-Up)
1 cup drained pineapple (save juice)
3 bananas, cubed
mini-marshmallows, to cover top

Mix jello and water according to package directions.

Thicken slightly in refrigerator, then add fruit and
marshmallows.
topping:
1 cup pineapple juice
½ cup sugar
1½ Tablespoon flour
1 beaten egg
1 beaten egg
1 cup whipped cream
¼ cup grated sharp cheddar (or chopped nuts)
- Heat pineapple juice.
- Add sugar, flour, and egg. Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
- Chill. Fold in whipped cream. Spread over jello.
- Top with grated cheese (or chopped nuts).
- EAT.
