Someday I'm going to re-invent this one with homemade cake, but in the meantime . . .
1 package white cake mix
1 package (3-oz) raspberry jello
1 cup boiling water
½ cup cold water
whipped cream
- Prepare cake mix as directed on package, baking in well-greased and floured 9”x13” pan at 350° for 30 –35 min.
- Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then poke with fork at ½ inch intervals.
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and spoon over cake in pan.
