We love this with crudités: romanesco broccoli, purple cauliflower, golden turnips (when we can find them) , cucumbers and then the usual carrots and celery.
Position rack in the center of oven and preheat to 350°.
Drain in wire sieve
1 cup chunky tomato salsa
In a round 1-qt baking dish, work in with a rubber spatula until combined with
Two 8-oz packages cream cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Stir in
1 pound fresh scallops (or thawed frozen)
Season with
Hot red pepper sauce
Sprinkle over the top
⅓ cup fresh bread crumbs, from good day-old bread
Bake until bubbling, about 30 minutes. Serve hot with tortilla chips and vegetables.
